Hotel reservation

By default, the hotel room included with your badge will be available for check-in on Thursday, September 26, with check-out on Monday, September 30.
If you plan to arrive later than Thursday, please let us know as the hotel will not hold your room if you fail to check-in on Thursday.

Hotel reservations

You get two hotel reservations, one for a Jr. Executive suite and one for a regular hotel room that you can share with your friends.
You can have both rooms for up to 7 nights total each!
We can't guarantee they will be connecting, but we will try (unless you don't want us to).
Please describe below the dates you would like to check-in and out of each room.
Alternatively, drop us a line at [email protected] and we will work with you to arrange everything as your personal travel concierge.
