By default, the hotel room included with your badge will be available for check-in on Thursday, September 4, with check-out on Monday, September 8.

Hotel number of guests

The hotel requires us to ask how many guests you plan to have in your room.
If you know you will have some but aren't sure how many, just choose Four below.
This can always be changed later by e-mailing [email protected]

Hotel reservations

You get two hotel reservations, one for an executive suite and one for a regular hotel room that you can share with your friends.
You can have both rooms for up to 7 nights total each!
We can't guarantee they will be connecting, but we will try (unless you don't want us to).
Please describe below the dates you would like to check-in and out of each room and how many guests you are planning to have in each room.

We will be ordering shorts based on what you tell us here.
So if you want a pair of Hawaiian shorts in your size, make sure you give us your actual size.
